Global Leadership Summit 2026
Welcome. We are so glad you have discovered us. The Global Leadership Summit is a world-class, two-day transformational leadership event that inspires and equips individuals with fresh, practical, and actionable leadership insights.
Broadcast live in HD from Chicago, the Summit will reach more than 400,000 leaders worldwide, with 400 premier host sites in the United States, including Rochester, NY.

About the Rochester GLS
The Rochester Global Leadership Summit has been hosted by The LightHeart Institute and a large team of dedicated and skilled volunteers for 11 consecutive years.
The 100% volunteer effort is funded through private donations, with all ticket sales returned to the Global Leadership Network to grow leadership development opportunities in under-resourced areas of the world.
We seek to practice LEAD: Leadership Excellence Achieved through Development and promote this message throughout Rochester, believing A rising tide floats all boats.
We host the Summit to equip individuals of all ages to become more clear, intentional, determined, capable, and inspired to positively influence Rochester. Incorporating the wisdom of the recently published Harvard Flourishing Study, we seek to empower our businesses, families, churches, and schools by empowering the leaders who influence them.

What to Expect When You Volunteer
Training and orientation will be provided in person and over Zoom during July and August 2026.
Continental breakfast will be available from approximately 8:00-9:00 a.m. each Summit day.
Local Summit programming will begin at approximately 9:00 a.m.
Lunch breaks are scheduled for 1 hour and 15 minutes on Thursday, and 1 hour and 30 minutes on Friday.
A 30-minute afternoon break is included both days.
Volunteers may bring their own lunch or purchase one in advance at RochesterWins.com.
A volunteer debrief meeting will be held Thursday at 5:15 p.m.
